THE SERVICE IS STRICTLY FOR AMUSEMENT PURPOSES ONLY. THE SERVICE DOES NOT OFFER REAL MONEY GAMBLING OR AN OPPORTUNITY TO WIN REAL MONEY OR REAL-WORLD PRIZES. Lanqiao Studio reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to revise or modify these Terms, our Privacy Notice, and any other rules related to specific services at any time. Your continued use of the Service after a change or modification has been made will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, your only remedy is to discontinue your use of the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use the Service. If you are under 18, you may not use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Lanqiao Studio retains all rights in the Service materials (including, but not limited to, any games, titles, computer code, themes, objects, characters, character names, stories, dialogue, catch phrases, concepts, artwork, animations, sounds, musical compositions, audio-visual effects, methods of operation, moral rights, documentation, in-game chat transcripts, character profile information, recordings of games played using a Lanqiao Studio game client, and the Lanqiao Studio game clients and server software).
The Service may include an opportunity to purchase virtual, in-game currency, including but not limited to virtual coins, points, credits, bonuses or chips, all for use in the Service ("Virtual Currency") or virtual, in-game items ("Virtual Goods"). Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods are for personal, non-commercial use only and have no real-world value. You do not own these Virtual Items; instead, you have a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use them.
You agree that you will not:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LANQIAO STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR OTHER SIMILAR DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE ITSELF.
